Within this agreement: 

Thread Station Screen Printing LTD. aka “Thread Station”, we, us, our, etc. 

“The Client” aka: you, yours, etc.

If you do not understand these terms and conditions, please contact us with the specifics. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please discontinue your use of Thread Station’s services.

TERMS 

Orders must be paid in full before any order goes into production unless otherwise indicated by Thread Station and agreed on by parties. Orders over $3000 paid via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

 

TURN AROUND TIME

Once payment terms are fulfilled and you have completed the final artwork approval, the order will be completed within 10 to 15 business days plus delivery time. If additional finishing details are ordered (ie. woven hem tags, leather patches, custom patches, hang tags, printed tags etc.) the turnaround timeline will be increased. Please be advised that due to delays in relation to Covid19, some exceptions may apply. We will inform you of potential increases to our regular turnaround time if delays are predicted or arise. In addition, delays caused by circumstances out of Thread Station's control may increase the turnaround time.  

 

GARMENT DISCLAIMER

Thread Station is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as: color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction or guarantee the quality of each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important. 

 

CANCELLATION

Once payment terms are fulfilled, the order immediately goes into production. As such, Thread Station is unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations. Should you require a cancellation, please contact us immediately to discuss any possible arrangements. If you catch an error in the mockup after you approve it, please contact us immediately. You will be responsible for all costs incurred prior to notification of cancellation. 

 

CLAIMS AND REPRINTS

While Thread Station aims to ensure all orders are accurate, any order that has been printed differently than the mock-up(s) you approved, will be granted a reprint of the defective product. It is absolutely critical for you to ensure the accuracy of the mockup(s). This includes: spelling, print size, print location, pantones (colours) and any other information that is relevant to your order. Thread Station is not responsible for any errors that were approved by you in the mockup(s).

 

All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of delivery. We do not process claims on garments that have been altered after leaving our facility. If we are responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issue and reprint the garments at no additional cost. Thread Station is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of decorated garments.  

 

Please email us at: hello@threadstation.com to submit your claim. Any items that are deemed defective must be returned to Thread Station, unless otherwise indicated by us.

 

SHIPPING

Thread Station is not responsible for any timeline delays caused by the shipping companies. This includes both shipping delays on receiving blank garments for production, as well as shipment of the final product to the customer. Once the final product leaves our production facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damages caused by the shipping company.  

 

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS

We do not decorate customer-supplied garments.

 

DEADLINES

If your order requires a specific deadline, you must inform us prior to production to ensure our ability to meet it. Aside from that, our standard turnaround time is in effect. 

 

RUSH ORDERS

If your deadline falls short of our standard turnaround time, rush fees may apply. 

ARTWORK
By submitting artwork to Thread Station, you warrant that: (i) you are the owner or the authorized representative of the owner of all rights, including all copyright, in and to the artwork; (ii) you have the full right and authority to agree to these terms and conditions and to reproduce, distribute, sell, or grant to Thread Station the rights to use the artwork to perform services as contemplated herein; (iii) no further permissions are required from any other person in connection with the use of the artwork by Thread Station as contemplated herein; and (iv) the artwork does not infringe upon the rights of any other person, including copyright, moral rights, privacy rights, or violate any law. In the event that you have not checked if the artwork is copyrighted or you do not have permission to reproduce and distribute it, you hereby release Thread Station of any and all claims. 

 

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thread Station, its directors, officers, agents and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, losses or expenses that arise out of or in connection with the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights or other third party rights in relation to the artwork you submit to Thread Station. We reserve the right to request written permission from the owner of all copyrighted or trademarked materials before reproducing artwork for your order.

 

You are proceeding with full understanding that we are not responsible or liable in any way possible. We reserve the right to refuse to print anything we deem to contain improper or infringing artwork. By submitting artwork you also grant Thread Station Screen Printing and its affiliates, vendors, subcontractors and service providers, a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid up, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, license for the Use of the Work.

 

VISUAL CONTENT
Thread Station reserves the right to collect visual content of orders created within our facility. We reserve the right to use product images or videos to create third-party advertisements. All visual content is the property of Thread Station and shall not be used without our prior written consent.

MOCKUP ARTWORK
All digital images associated with the mockup artwork provided to you are the property of Thread Station. Any mockup artwork shall not be uploaded or posted to any digital platforms, apps or third-party websites without prior written permission.

SAMPLE PRINTS AND ARTWORK
Thread Station reserves the right to print a sample of your artwork to showcase our portfolio and for quality control purposes. If you do not wish to have a reproduction of your artwork, please advise in advance.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The personal and business-related information provided to Thread Station by you is kept confidential. We are not responsible for the security of confidential information through third-party apps, affiliates, vendors, subcontractors and other service providers.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Thread Station with respect to the artwork and the services being provided by Thread Station, and these terms and conditions supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, representations and proposals, written and oral, relating to the artwork and the services provided by Thread Station.

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. 

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
